How can I pay for my order?

When placing an order, Yaghoot Zarin users can use either of two methods Card-to-card transfer and via Online payment gateway Pay for their order.

An order is confirmed when the user sees the successful-payment message. After payment succeeds, an SMS notification is sent, and there is no need to report the payment separately. Your order will then begin processing automatically.

How can I follow up if a transaction fails but money is deducted from my account?

Amounts deducted in unsuccessful transactions do not reach Yaghoot Zarin's account and remain with the bank. The bank is therefore responsible for returning them to your account after resolving the interbank discrepancy. This process usually takes 48 to 72 hours in the country's banking system. If the amount has not been returned after 72 working hours and the bank then confirms that it was deposited into Yaghoot Zarin's account, contact Yaghoot Zarin support.
